What is a state disorder? Disposition of status can be defined as a form of communication that is so complex in the workplace that prevents the exchange of ideas or ideas in the form of physics, language, and status.

The cause of the status disorder in the organization

1. Official Operating Rules and Corporate Policy: Most organizations will socialize a set of rules related to careful selection of message types, media and communication modes. Employees usually just evade sending any message and avoid using these rules. In addition, formal corporate policies simplifies communication between employees and details how employees communicate with each other without changing organizational positions. For example, if the company policy is that all communication should be done in writing, then even a small message should write the media used. This results in a delay in message transmission, so decision making is delayed.

2. Status in the organization: In each organization, members are broken down into different categories based on their functions in the organization. The superior is placed on the upper level of the organizational structure, and the subordinates are the upper level occupying the lower level. Therefore, the communication between them will be formal. Formal communication often becomes an obstacle to effective communication in the organization.

3. Organizational Facilities: In order to promote effective communication, many organizations provide facilities such as telephone, stationery, and translation software. If these facilities are provided in an appropriate manner, communication can be carried out in a timely and accurate manner as needed. Otherwise, communication may face many obstacles and become ineffective.

4. Complex structure: Many organizations still have many management levels, which will have a major impact on the effectiveness of various message exchanges. A lot of management will certainly delay the transmission of a large number of messages, and the content of the message may even change before reaching the intended recipient.
