Use alternative systems to list buildings

Until now, you have heard the reluctance of "money in the list." If not, it just means that the more people you have in the electronic prospects list, the more you can email more offers and make more money. The main way to do this online is to squeeze the page or potential customers to capture the page. Please grab their name and email before going to the main website where you are selling.

But there is another way to build a name or list build. I have been doing it for more than ten years, this is done through print ads. I mean newspapers, magazines, postcards, sales letters, flyers, etc. Yes, it does take longer and more money, but don't ignore this possibility. You can use this as a complement to the list build. I will tell you how to do this without spending money. And very soon.

You need a mailing address

First, give your potential customers a reply address. Do you want hundreds of letters to your home? Concerned about gossip neighbors? Concerned about possible violations of zoning laws, homeowner association rules and apartment managers? It is best to have a separate address. If you should move to the other side of the town, you can keep the same address. First, rent a post office box at the post office. Or two, rent a private mailbox, such as a UPS store or similar. Check the yellow pages of the mail receiving store. They also accept UPS and Fedex packages.

Place an ad

Display or categorize ads in local weekly magazines, Thrifty Nickel or Pennysavers. Postcards are another way. They can be printed on Vistaprint in a fairly inexpensive way. Send the message to someone who sends you a chance to work or other opportunities; or, if you are short of funds, place them on the vehicle in the parking lot. In the bad weather, use the multi-storey car park in the city centre. Start collecting the names into the database to continue the list build. People who participate in these chain letters are looking for ways to make money, but may not realize that chain letters are illegal.

Free gift

As with the squeeze page, provide free stuff, usually a report in your ad, and charge $1 or 3 stamps to cover your postage costs. What is offered? The best is what you write yourself, original. This way no one else gives up or sells the same report. Don't have time to write one yourself? I have hundreds of reports called private label rights, which means you can legally copy and print to give or sell. Please tell me a line and let me know your niche in marketing. It is pets, dating services, finance, real estate, etc. The report you give should be related to the niche of your marketing. Most of them are free or very low cost, less than $10.

If you don't want to write your own report, another way to create a unique report is to put together multiple reports from various sources and create a new report from each report. This way it is still unique and it is unlikely that someone will have the same report or article.

Submit your article for publication

Another way to help you build your list is to submit your article to print a publication for them to publish. It is done online by submitting articles to places like EzineArticles.com or Goarticles.com. In print, it is sometimes called a press release. Submitted to the weekly magazine for publication, if they print out, it will attract a lot of clues for you. This is the name of the game.

When you mail, always send a self-addressed envelope for your potential customers to reply. Just don't post any postage on it, if they are serious, let them pay the postage. Also, always ask for their email address, and many people do have one. Another way to add to the list build system. Vistaprint can also print envelopes.

Search for "Mail Order Publications" and you'll find dozens of publications that cater to mail-order enthusiasts. Usually they are monthly magazines. The nationwide service is Nationwide Newspapers. They work with weekly and monthly publications across the country. You can advertise in a city or a state or an entire country. You can contact them here: http://bit.ly/newspaperads Don't arbitrarily advertise because the cost can increase quickly. It's best to test different ads to see which one works best. I don't want you to break the budget with offline list builds.

Below is a list of some of the publications. Write down their bar samples. Send a few stamps or a stamp to speed up your delivery.

• Sales time KWP by 3998 Hwy 62-412 Hardy AR 72542

This is just a partial list. Many others will advertise in these publications and then you can get more advertising sources. All of this will help your list build.

Investigation

Another way to build a list is to use surveys. Simply search for "investigation software" on any search engine and you'll get multiple websites for online and offline surveys. Some people offer a free trial, so you can see which one you like the most. Your customers can be surveyed to determine satisfaction and other content that may be of interest to them. Or conduct surveys online and offline to find what people want and then meet their needs. Remember, you will sell more things to what they want than what they need!

Make your ads enticing. Free gifts are provided. Create a title that draws their attention. Buy a copy of National Inquirer or other Tabloid to get the headlines. In addition to your online business, this is a great way to complement your list build and start generating revenue.

In short, there is not much difference between online and offline marketing. Follow the same basic rules and use common sense. Take the time to place your ad and record which ads are placed in which publication. Also code the ad and use a single letter for each different ad. For example, PMB 248A and 248B, etc. The result will take longer, but it can be very profitable. Keep in mind that millions of people still don't have access to the internet and they are still spending money.
