How do you know if you are in abusive relationship?

Has this problem been a problem? Have you found out that others have pointed you out? If so, then you may be in an abusive relationship. According to the research, you may need to check some metrics before you start to worry. Your partner:

1] Excessive control is just to protect you?

2] Every time you blame you for their bad temperament?

3] Try to hide their insecurities behind advanced behavior?

4] Imply that they can hurt you to control you [even if they are not true]?

5] Try to isolate you from yourself; establish a distance between you and your family or friends?

6] Express your feelings to your opposite sex friends?

7] Prevent you from interfering with the financial situation of your family?

8] Show a typical lack of empathy?

9] Monitor your access and use of your phone or other device?

10] Always play the victim card?

11] Show arrogance and demand very high?

12] Ill you still beat you?

All these signs show that you are definitely in abusive relationship. Studies have shown that, in general, men are more violent than women. However, this does not mean that they themselves cannot be victims. A common misconception is that only women can be abused or violent in relationships. This makes it more difficult for men to accept or share their fate with their loved ones.

In our current society, even closed people, they are shy to express their abuse. In most cases, the concept of overlapping shame is obvious. In addition, the entire abuse may lead them to think they deserve it. They may think that they are physically unappealing, not smart enough or of a bad nature. In some cases, people may mistakenly believe that if they are not their partner, no one will accept them.

Therefore, it is necessary for you to think clearly about it and trust your instincts once. If you feel that something may not be right, then you need to think back. You need to fight yourself and stop protecting your partner in consciousness. You need to ask yourself if your partner really deserves everything you experience. Did you change when you first started dating?

You must get rid of any relationship that deprives you of general happiness. Know that you deserve to be loved and condemn that person may not be the one you should spend with you.
